Holiday Inn Express Mountain View - S Palo Alto by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"I had to change our room at the last minute. I believe the counter person was named Jay. He was awesome!!! Without having to go through Expedia, he was able to change the room, at the very last minute. Knowing I would be paying extra, he did an excellent job and was able to keep the rate at an afforable price. Thank you. He was so very helpful and friendly. The rooms, including bathrooms were very clean. The rooms were also quiet. The morning breakfast, had a good variety of choices. The eggs and bacon were very good, as were the biscuits and gravy. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. There is also garage parking."
"Great hotel, it is right next to the 101 Freeway so you can hear the cars passing all night. I am okay with that level of noice but some people may find it annoying. The room was super clean and the breakfast offered good options for a nice meal."
