There was no soap in the bathroom, but the jacuzzi was a nice surprise. The television had terrible reception, but the wifi was ok.For the price od the room, it was fine. We stayed two nights. Breakfast was sub par but again, for the price, it was a good place to stay. Besides, McDonald's is next door.

Toilet was broken, had to wait for repair before checking in, toilet broke again in the morning. Staff was responsive and courteous. Not much they could do. Management is clearly poor due to rooms condition. I would not stay here again. They gave packs of coffee but no coffee maker, ironing board with no iron. Bathroom is extremely cramped.

First off let me tell you how gross the room is. There were chips and wrappers behind all the stands. Next the entire ceiling in the bathroom was covered in black mold and the air quality was horrible. Carpets were filthy and the towels were stained and sketchy. It was so late when we arrived we would have stayed somewhere else however that wasn’t an option. I actually can not believe that this hotel is allowed to remain open. Next the breakfast that is provided is toast cereal and 2 danish rolls. I felt unsafe and very disgusted by this stay. Do not stay here!

This property is a disgrace to Wyndam Hotels/Motels. Our room was dirty and smelled terrible. The TV hardly worked. The property is so run down and it appeared that they were renting rooms for people to live in on a permanent basis. Beds did not match in the room , neither did the bedspreads. Bathtub was not clean. I would never stay there again nor recommend it to anyone else!

Everything was good and clean but we had reserved a queen bed and got the and the gave us dbl beds. Heat didn’t work in the first one so they gave us a different room and it worked. Just didn’t like the idea of not having the room we were suppose to get l. Other than that everything else was fine. Thanks

My family and I came down to go to the Bean fest And we got two rooms one for my family and I and one for my mother in our room the clean maybe towels were thrown up on the shelf so we couldn’t tell if they had been used or not the bathroom was nasty It had pubic hair all over the floor. The tub was absolutely disgusting Had hairs all in it we didn’t have a phone to call the front desk, the carpet was peeled back from the wall. In multiple places. It didn’t look like they had vacuumed. If they did they kind of done a half assed job in the other room that I rented for my mother. Her TV did not work I wouldn’t have minded, but she had a child with her and at least it would pacify the time, her toilet did not flush which she had to fix on her own. She had to turn off the water turned it back on. It worked for two flushes, and then it didn’t work again she had four lamps in her room out of the four lamps only one of them worked, which is the only one that had a lightbulb. Her floor was also dirty didn’t look like they had vacuumed I definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here.

( F ). Rented for 3 days. This was the worse Motel I have ever rented. Opening the door the stale odor, little pieces of trash on the floor, the wall with a huge sheetrock patch just a hanging, the toilet set broken, absolutely no room service (dirty towels, we had to go get clean towels), housekeeping did not clean room after first night stay. We left after the second night stay without a refund. A total failure in accommodating guest.

Lady at check in great. Room poor quality, the toilet started making a load noise in middle of night. Luckily my husband could fix it. Bed frame larger then mattress, toilet set up is for skinny healthy people. narrow less than 2 foot between bed and walk to bedroom, safely issue, could cause a fall. Only have about 6" from wall and toliet and 6" when sitting knee can hit tub. Coffee with no coffee pot and beds hard.

Terrible!!! Old run down and dirty! Staff apologized. Went to three rooms trying to find a clean room. Each room had numerous stains on carpet. Last one by highway at least did not smell. Will not ever ever go back there.

The floor in the bathroom was not clean when we arrived nor was it cleaned while we were there. Made me wonder about the cleanliness of the whole room. The bed was not comfortable and the toilets too low to the floor. The staff was friendly.

The room reaped of cigarettes and and the smell was overtaking the room not enough towels or wash cloths. The TV did not work properly headlines in it or good signal. The floor was sticky, sticky, and semi wet. The front desk lady was very helpful and understanding, the only experience that was good.

They gave away my smoking room that was reserved 4 weeks prior & acted like it was my fault they gave away my reservation. The room had paint peeling from the ceiling, poor air conditioning, musty odor in the room, mosquitoes & phone did not work to call front desk. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. Worst Comfort Inn experience ever. Will not stay again.

Only an hour away from home for a “staycation”. Dirty , door not secure , lack of staff in a hot lobby, as well as taking 3 children after a day at Blanchard springs.. wanted to relax at the pool pictured online. Which was covered & closed for “maintenance” next time will spend a little more and get a cabin. We checked in, ordered pizza and not even an hour later turned the keys back in to come home. Last peoples peanuts were on the floor. Unclean,, nope never again and I’m not high maintenance whatsoever. I turned in the keys after the young lady checked me in at the desk and she didn’t ask if there was a problem within an HOUR. We aren’t in Little Rock , hot springs.. red flag. Unless Mountain View is known for prostitution, staff in a small town should question why your leaving . Don’t take your family , spend the extra for a cabin or they will leave disappointed

Yes, the hotel is completely out there just like the other review. Sad when you walk in to the Days Inn it has green linoleum countertops and paint cabinets. The rooms were not very secure. The door didn’t wanna shut all the way and it look like the frame had been broken at one point but overall for one not stay it wasn’t bad it wasn’t bad prices I was a little upset the pool wasn’t open.
