"Run down and dirty on the outside. Not too much better inside. Rooms were dirty and had bugs. Looked like the recent renovation was just slap a coat of paint and maybe some new flooring. No attention to detail. Only good thing I’ll say is that breakfast was better than I expexted"

"It seems like the front desk was penalizing me for booking through website and put me in the room next to the elevator when the place didn't look full at all. It was very noisy and the ice machine was broken and making big noise too."

"The building on the whole is showing some age. The rooms are lovely, clean and well furnished. (lamps could use replacing, simply to make internet and other electronics more efficient.) The staff was wonderful. Cheerful, helpful,lacking the too often disengaged attitude a guest encounters. These are nice people, eager to help, and it was a pleasure to stay at this Holiday Inn. "

"The potholes are HORRENDOUS. The staff is great. The rooms are very nice. There was toilet paper in my toilet and small stains on my sheets, but otherwise very clean. "

"We chose to walk out. The hotel stunk of cigarette smoke from the minute we walked in the lobby. The guy across the hall was a long-term stay and had several cats who roamed the halls. The litterbox stink was unbearable. The bathroom ceiling was caved in with mold. The toilet was running non-stop. We went straight to out to our car and contacted Hotels.com for a refund. We did not use them to book the replacement hotel. Awful. Just awful."

"This was a convenient place to stay while visiting family. It was quiet and the room was spacious. It didn’t have the same amenities as a hotel, but it felt safe and clean. We will stay there again! "
