Cemetery is beautifully landscaped.
The Sphinx at Mount Auburn Cemetery in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Created my Martin Milmore in 1872, the Sphinx is a Civil War memorial and celebration of the end of slavery. Gifted to the cemetery by Dr Jacob Bigelow.

Mt. Auburn Cemetery in Cambridge, Massachusetts is a beautiful spot to see plantings, and bird life especially during spring migration. The gate opens at 6:30 am for birders.
