"Paid for parking but no guaranted place for parking was there. After waiting for 45 mins, was asked to park my car blocking other parked cars and leaving my mobile no. behind so that the other car owners can call me to move my car. This chaos is because parking is shared between hotel guests and local guests visiting the restaurant. Other than this everything was superb."

Het diner in het restaurant is erg goed, zo ook het uitgebreide ontbijt met diverse broodjes, fruit, kazen, vlaai, op verzoek klaargemaakte eieren, sappen, etc. Ook in het restaurant is de bediening erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Al met al een aanrader voor een verblijf en diner."

"Room was huge and really lovely Themed rooms. Staff couldn’t do enough for you & the garden & general hotel were really good. Good eat as much as you want breakfast. No tea making facilities in rooms which is a must for British travellers. That 1st cuppa."

"The building itself is amazing, and the spa facilities are absolutely top-tier. However, the restaurant service falls short of a 5-star standard, despite the 5-star pricing. Service was incredibly slow, and we faced a language barrier as not all staff spoke English. For example, our pre-lunch cocktails were served with absolutely nothing on the side; when we asked for nuts, we were told they had none. We also had to explicitly ask for basic items like napkins. "The room was clean and the staff were polite. The door lock kept alarming when we walked out of the room so the staff said slam the door…then it alarmed when opening the door. The WiFi isn’t great. You need a reservation to eat, which we didn’t know. We couldn’t eat at the property and there is nothing that is a reasonable walk. The property was pretty and quiet."

"Prachtig hotel midden in het centrum gelegen. Keurige valet parking waar ook je elektrische auto geladen wordt. Heerlijke restaurants en een goed ontbijtbuffet"

"As for me as a solo traveler this hotel was perfect for me.. My room was on the 1st floor.. A/C worked great, and the bed was comfortable.. The shower was great and breakfast was good.. Its an older hotel so the halls have old carpet.. But the room had new windows and could hear nothing from outside.. Parking garage across street at train station.. And plenty of food options all around.. I will stay here again next time I come.."
