"Clean and very friendly staff"

"The breakfast that was included in my stay was made when requesting it~ it’s a pre made menu ^^ which I quite enjoyed~ They were able to take us in last minute, the restaurant is really good and they have an ample menu selection! Bedrooms are really clean, they take there time when doing the transition of guests, and everyone is super friendly! I’m excited to come back and stay there again!"

"Front desk staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. They offered bottles of water, ice water and red bull in the lobby. The room was well supplied with a variety of travel essentials provided for our convenience. My deal breaker is the bed, as this is ultimately what you are paying for. The bed was very comfortable with a nice variety of pillows. Our room was quiet and we slept very well. Breakfast was well stocked with pretty standard items. Over all, I would highly recommend this...

"Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. King bed was nice and firm. Air conditioning worked well. In-room Jacuzzi for two (in addition to the full bath with an exhaust fan) was a plus. Fireplace was attractive and would be nice to use on a chilly evening. Continental breakfast was adequate. We would definitely stay here again."

"My family enjoyed their stay, we took the family room with the bunk beds for the kids. All in all the staff are great and it’s decently clean. The place could use an update, the common areas (hall ways, elevator, etc) are worn down and faded. I think some work there would really bring up the whole place"

"Upon arriving it was okay, unfortunately we weren’t able to stay and we didn’t realize that people were living there while we stayed there~ there was a constant smell of weed through the vents, there was a hole in the wall, my partner has claustrophobia and the bathroom/ shower were very tight. It was a small space for us, also when we arrived the breaker flipped and the fridge was room temperature. We were able to stay due to being to uncomfortable with the room and property. "The room was average at best, the walls are paper thin and the neibor room was up partying all night, and when I complained she literally never said a word to me. We also had unwrapped coffee and water cups and one of the coffee cups was used."
