I liked the easy check in and the professional staff. I didn't like the three back boards on the beds peeling off on to the bed or myself. They are falling apartand they just need to go.

Staff was courteous but room needs maintenance, loose vinyl tiles on floor made trip and hurt my toes, not bad for the price, my previous experience was a lot better, I thought I had reserved a double room executive but instead what I got was a standard executive, when I asked why I got that room they told me that double refers to 2 people and not extra room. Some towels need replacement, Oh well

I came to the hotel I made my reservations and pay for it online when I arrive to the hotel they said there’s no rooms available but I had pay for it already and I told them I want a refund and they said call Expedia I did and since now I haven’t get my money back.

We have a family reunion; we make reservations a month before to stay at the same hotel, but Hotel Diana del Bosque cancel on some of my family reservations 3 days before our check in, when we complain they try to put the rest of my family on the same room they have assigned for me and still charge them, So they have already charge me for the room and still wanted to charge my family as well, we all refuse it and requested to cancel my reservation and refund my money so my family and I find other place to stay all together, but they also refuse to refund it.,

Rooms being renovated, not all renovated, not clean, had various little roaches in restroom. Sheets on bed did not fit had exposed mattress. Rooms had a smell not pleasant.
