"Clean room, easy to follow instructions, but the lack of a fan or air conditioning in summer made it very difficult to sleep, which is the whole purpose of the hotel room."

Da das Hotel über keinen Aufzug verfügt, sind die oberen Zimmer für Menschen mit Gehbeeinträchtigung ungeeignet. Zudem hatten wir morgens – wenn vermutlich viele Gäste gleichzeitig duschen – kein Wasser mehr. Das ist äußerst unangenehm, wenn man bereits eingeseift unter der Dusche steht. Però posso avvicinare due letti, mi dicono. Chiedo se possono farlo loro ma no, se voglio devo farlo io (comportamento strano). Cena OK. Colazione dalle 7, chiedo se posso scendere alle 6.45 per partire alle 7.15, mi dicono che è impossibile perché lo chef arriva alle 7. Però possono farmi una colazione da portare via. "To start off, the cleaning lady didn’t clean my room at all. No towel change, no sheet change, nothing. She also locked me out after she was done cleaning and I had to get a spare key. The receptionists where the most frustrating and unhelpful part of my stay. On the fourth night of my stay here, my family and I (as well as many other guests at the hotel) where woken up by a loud banging noise. "I arrived after midnight. I was welcomed by a very nice and welcoming lady, I later found out she is security. I was rapidly accomodated in a very nice, clean, and big room with a larger than normal tub. Everything was sparkling clean and brilliant. The lady adviced me where to park and alerted me about the free made to order breakfast. I chose the eggs and bacon platter. I was served a choise of vegetables and a varied of ham and salami before my breakfast arrived. I was also given yogurt....

"This was just unique experience and visiting the gallery on the day we left (as we were just one night here) was amazing. We enjoyed the breakfast too and it was certainly great location to explore Brno. They take a €100 euro deposit because you are staying in a living museum.. Highly recommended if you like something a bit different."
