"Amazing experience. The service was top notch. Everyone was helpful and kind and spoke decent English. We will be back for sure. The fire alarm went off once which was weird. The food was all 4/5 really good. The bed and sheets and blankets and towels were all plush. The Jacuzzi was nice. The breakfast buffet is AMAZING! $25euro per person and well worth it! Didn’t get a chance to use the gym but looked really nice. Restaurants- we went in early May and two of the restaurants were closed...

"The team at reception were not friendly, not efficient, and not capable. The first 3 things they (it was 4 people talking to each other behind the reception desk and not in English and obviously talking about me) told me was: NO swimming in the pool cuz it closed at 6pm (actually closes at 7pm). NO dinner reservations at the à la carte restaurant in-house. NO free room upgrade.
