"Absolutely amazing ! Trip of a lifetime- not sure how anyone could give an unfavorable review- We did a 1 night stay as we were cruising and had an overnight dock in Papette. Took ferry to Moore a was the best decision of the trip! Everyone at hotel especially the valet guys and bar tender Mr T were so helpful and friendly! "I had to wait 5 hours to get my room. The old reason was that I should spend another $600 for the night before. When my room was ready, nobody came up to me to let me know so I probably waited a few hours too much. Terrible experience. The staff told me a way to go to my room, through 2 long halls and 2 elevators. I am 82 years old and needed a wheelchair for that, but they did not make me aware that it was a very long walk. There was a much shorter way that I later found out by myself!"

"We stayed on the second floor closest to the over water bungalows. The room was average to good, but unfortunately a pipe burst apparently somewhere so they shut off the water for two hours mid-morning without informing us. Thankfully no one was taking a shower or doing a number 2. There also was construction noise on the grounds to repair the pipe which woke us up early the first morning. The building next to us is undergoing a complete gutting and reno, but we didn't hear any noise from...
