"The only downside was the room doesnt have a microwave. They also forgot to replenish the washroom’s body wash. But they resolved it quickly the moment I called the desk to request for it."

"Lots of renovations i. the lobby area as expected. Looks like it will be very nice once completed. Check in process was great. Fast, friendly service.
Rooms have been renovated and are very nice. Clean and comfortable. Now the bad stuff. TV’s were not working (in my room or my sisters room). The walls are somewhat paper thin. The gentleman in the room next to me started a conference call around 8am. He was so loud that I finally left my room at 9 because I couldn’t take it anymore.
Think it’s going to be a good hotel once completed but they are going to have to do something about the noise."

"Our air conditioner was not working because outlet next to it was broken. I also wish the limited parking had been better communicated but they did give us a map showing some nearby garages. Location was excellent and we really really enjoyed the indoor pool."
