"We had a great stay here. Our room was clean. The staff were very friendly and quite helpful. The breakfast options were substantial. The bar and restaurant were good and reasonably priced. And we really appreciated having a pool to enjoy on a hot day. I would certainly stay here again."

"The room was very clean and had everything advertised. My only concern was the inability to get the aircon doing what I wanted, no instructions!! Reception was a bit hit and miss when trying to ask about things. I never found the wireless password. However, I would stay again."

"We had a lovely apartment with a separate bathroom. It had a sofa bed table chairs and a kitchen. The breakfast was expensive but very good food at lots of choices. The staff were very friendly."

"The hotel suited our visit to Carcassonne perfectly... The staff were very friendly and helpful, The room although small had all the amenities you'd expect and was very clean and modern. The pool was great fir a cooling dip and the bar offered a good range of drinks. The only disappointing note was a lack of bar snacks but there is a little shop next door where you can buy nuts and crisps etc.. Situated 5 minutes walk from the ancient Cité and about 20 minutes from the newer town.... Overall quite an enjoyable experience."
