Excellent service at front desk. Very well lit parking lot. Common areas very clean. Room clean. Good ventilation. Bed very comfortable. Rather dated. Water pressure poor. Poor workmanship in tile installation and wood painting. Low toilet. Charging outlet didn’t work. Small TV at poor angle.

Staff was very friendly and room was very nice and clean. I stayed just for one night, but if I had to go to Montgomery again, I would choose this place again. Very short drive to Maxwell AFB.

Horrible shower, possibly due to water restrictor in shower head. Small towels. As far as the bathroom was concerned, I felt like we were in a Holiday Inn from the 1960s. Otherwise, the facilities were OK. There was no line at checkout. It took me 17 minutes to get a printed copy of my bill because the only person at the front desk (woman) did not have a clue as to how to get a copy printed.

It's a great location, close to civil rights museums and other historical places and markers. Thevhotel is wonderfully maintained. Ours was a suite at a reasonable price.

Very nice hotel in a good location for seeing the many tourist attractions in downtown Montgomery. This is a quiet hotel frequented by a lot of business people, so it’s not a party place. An excellent breakfast was included that offered plenty of options. Would definitely stay here again.

Montgomery is a terrific city, and this property is the place to stay! Amazing location, outstanding breakfast, fun pool and gym, free laundry, and an incredibly friendly and professional staff. We want to give a special shoutout to Calvetta at the front desk . . . you totally rock! Can’t end this review without imploring visitors to go to the three Legacy Sites. Start with the Legacy Museum which is a short walk away. Seriously, visiting these three places is a life-changing experience.

We enjoyed our time at Staybridge Suites, with it's excellent breakfast with nondisposable dishes, attractive lobby and pool area, energy efficient lights, spacious tastefully decorated room with kitchen, and full sized dove shampoo, lotion and hand soap dispensers. We parked free at nearby meters and left before 8. Convenient walkable location to downtown. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting historic, inspiring Montgomery, AL.

My only complaint about my stay is that it was difficult for me to unload my car upon arrival while it was raining because cars belonging to the staff were not parked in their designated staff parking spots, but parked right outside the covered entrance into the hotel.

Our check in time was pushed a few minutes late, so that was unpleasant. Other than that, the staff was very friendly and accommodating and the rooms were beautiful and comfortable.

LOVED this stay. The room is so nice and modern, everything works as it should and was so clean. The water pressure is great and the water gets exceptionally hot. They use dove soaps and shampoo which I loved. The bed was easily the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. Breakfast was fantastic and so were the happy hour drinks and apps. Staff was so kind and accommodating! Parking is convenient and gated.

We arrived at the hotel 3 hours before the check-in time and the front receptionist was able to find us a clean room. We had a full kitchen and we also had access to a washer and dryer. The staff was very friendly!!!!! The property was very clean something that is a high priority for us.

This was my first stay at Staybridge. I liked the kitchenettes but there are no grocery stores downtown. I did not have a car so I was unable to utilize the kitchen much. The hotel is close to the major tourist sites and it was active with guests for the holiday weekend. There are several restaurants. It was off season so other than visiting the museums it was like a ghost town.

Excellent hotel quality and condition. The breakfast buffet is superb! The surrounding area is a bit of a “mixed bag” as far as an old town feel with historic buildings and nice dining but doesn’t have a safe feel after dark.

The desk clerk that checked me in on 24th of January. Did not want to give the room that I reserved through Expedia. I was told that because I had an Alabama identification card with a Montgomery address. They had the right to refuse my reservation even though I showed them proof of my new address. It made me feel as if they were discriminating against me for some reason. Because of this reason I will no longer patronize with them and my family will also not patronize with your company. Even though we use your establishment in the past for traveling family members. Thank you for your time and that horrible experience and my room was never cleaned for my entire stay at your hotel. I was in room 532 by the way

Stay would have been great staff thought I should be told i could not have 6 visitors in my room at any given time. Then told me that we could be heard in the hall watching football while a party was going on 5 doors up that could be heard from the elevator. Room was very clean and comfortable.

I booked 3 rooms for our family visit to Montgomery. We were all happy with our rooms. The included breakfast is a great benefit when traveling with children. The staff from the front desk to the housekeeping staff were all helpful. It was our first trip to Alabama and the Staybridge left us with very positive feelings.

Upon arrival at the hotel I was able to check in before 4pm and the staff was great. The room was clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay. I appreciate there were dove products to use in the bathroom.

This room I was in was not well maintained. The counter was cracked, the shower was dirty, and the carpet needs to be cleaned and/or replaced. I could hear every movement of the folks above me. I somehow missed that there’s a fee for parking. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Il Divo Performance
We always stay at the Staybridge Suites downtown when attending a show at the Montgomery Performing Arts Center. The venue is right across the street from the hotel. The hotel is very nice, rooms are large, bed is soft, plenty of amenities in the bathroom. Our one bedroom suite has two TV's with plenty of content. At the front desk, we were checked in by Freddy who is an outstanding representative for this property. There is secure parking and two elevators to our 4th floor. Ice machine is on each floor and the refrigerator in our room began making ice immediately. Coffee machine worked well and the room has a stove and microwave. We will always look for Staybridge Suites when we travel. They suit our needs.
