We had an amazing experience at Le Chalet Blanc. The staff was very attentive and kind. Wonderful restaurant with many options close by. The view of the mountain from our room was magical. We would love to stay there again.

Overall: good location, great bar, but the hotel management needs to look into upskilling hotel staff. Pros: bar and restaurant, and a bartender who knows what he’s doing. Professional, attentive, creative. Cons: major lack of services. Good luck finding anyone at breakfast if you need water. Cleaning crew is missing pieces here and there, and frankly don’t seem to care, otherwise, they would have reported shower curtain covered in mold. Sauna is overloaded with dirty towels. There are plenty of other hotels nearby, so till the basics are fixed at the place, you might want to consider skipping it.

Cosy and clean

We stayed in summer. The hotel was clean and high level of recent maintenance so everything felt new. Really handy for a walk into town for the cable car and Monty express.

Très beau propre. Personnel très agréable. Bonne literie. Vue superbe. Station géniale car beaucoup d activités pour enfants et parents. Un 4 étoiles ou l'on se sent comme chez soi. Aucun point négatif hormis le jacuzzi hors service

PERSONNEL AU TOP / TRES BEAU CADRE

Très bonne impression générale. Cependant, les pattes aux saumons du menu Bar m'ont rendu tellement malade que je n'ai pu apprécier le magnifique petit déjeuner du lendemain matin ! ... contrairement à mes 2 enfants qui se sont régalés tant au dîner qu'au petit-dej. L'hôtel est loin de la piste du Prarial pour les départs de course de ski qui nécessitent un entraînement dès 7h30... on a été obligé de prendre la voiture pour transporter nos skis sinon prévoir 10 minutes de marche sportive en chaussures de skis! Malheureusement, les navettes gratuites de la ville ne partent qu'à 8h30. Sinon, l'hôtel est juste à côté d'un téléski. Il ne possède pas de navette ou alors c'était à cause de la fin de saison... (?) renseignez-vous. Le personnel est au top et très sympathique. Propreté et service irréprochable et bonne humeur pour tous. le cadre est très beau. Ce doit être très agréable l'été car l'hôtel est situé non loin du départ de la piste de luge, une activité super pour tous les âges et gratuite pour les moins de 7 ans... Il y a également un petit supermarché tout à côté au de l'hôtel. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésiter.

Top Hotel with great Restaurant

The rooms are small but top notch for a French Hotel. The Restaurant is exceptional. I recommend the hotel for an overnight stay with a great dinner as well as for an extended stay to unwind and enjoy the Alps. Highly recommended.
