Check in was fast and staff very friendly. We were assigned our room but it had a very bad sewer odor and the AC unit was VERY loud. After reporting the issue we were assigned a new room fast . Valet parking staff was dast and very helpful.

There were a few issues. We had to change rooms twice at check-in. The pool was under maintenance too, so couldn't use it. Other than than that, food and drinks were excellent, and the staff was top notch!

Estuve tratando de comunicarme con el hotel para poder realizar el rembolso o cambio de fecha hable por tel y me comentaton que no me podian ayudar, ni el hotel ni expedia, cave mencuonar que la premura y el cambuo de planes fje por fallecimineto de una persona y ni asi lo tomaron en cuenta
