"The hotel was ok. Great location. Rooms need updates/upgrades. Breakfast could definitely use some love, No hot options and no made to order eggs. The gentleman during check in was very helpful. However, the lady at the front desk during breakfast hours was horrible. She didn't smile and her reply to my questions felt forced. Her demeanor felt like she just wants to be left alone. Hospitality industry needs folks who are good with people. We expect better."

"Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte in una Suite, la camera era luminosa e con una vista splendida. La cena al ristorante è stata piacevolissima, qualità dei piatti notevole e menzione d’onore per il cameriere che ha saputo consigliarci anche qualche fuori menù. Ottima anche la colazione, dolci freschi e ampia selezione di tè e tisane. Torneremo sicuramente!"

"Alojamiento muy bien ubicado, el restaurante exquisito y bien de precio, la habitación un poco justa de espacio pero bien por ser un hotel en el casco antiguo, el parking está a 20 metros del hotel, si está lleno esperar a que salga alguien ya que tiene mucho movimiento. Cuidado con el peso de las maletas porque no puedes aparcar delante del hotel para bajarlas."

"Fantastic place to stay in Sansepolcro. Hotel is upscale and in a good location. Rooms are very clean and well-appointed. Parking is a hassle but if you don’t mind walking for a few minutes it’s not a big deal. Will stay here again. Hotel staff is very friendly."

"The rooms were clean, good amenities. The staff was very friendly. Expedia shoild have given us the option to include breakfast. We took the bus and then hauled our luggage up the very long trek to the hotel. We were not informed that the hotel could have picked up the luggage and bring it to our hotel. We used their service when we left."
