"What you should know: the Aminta is a good distance from the center of Sorrento, BUT their wonderful on-the-hour proprietary shuttle bus made the distance irrelevant as there was never a time when we couldn't do what we wished. The views are spectacular and the physical hotel is lovely. Towels could be plusher, but that's a minor concern. Staff was great, breakfast was THE BEST ever encountered for no cost. The decor and style is dated but the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is clean and good. This hotel is located to a very close and less popular gate to pompei and a short walk to three restaurants and piazza. "
