"I had such a lovely and unique stay! Bruno was a very warm and friendly host, and the property itself was absolutely wonderful. I’m really glad I stayed here rather than a hotel or hostel. The coziness of the B&B made me feel like I was at my Nonna’s or something :) "

"Beautiful hotel, great restaurant. But the noise in the morning!!! The cleaning lady will wake you up at 7am, tossing brooms and buckets, sooo loud, plus someone from the staff was banging a door in the next room. The noise!!!!!!"

"Great B&B experience with a lovely couple"

"Staff and Breakfast!"

"Ett fint och mysigt familjeägt hotell med lite äldre rum och inredning. Lite lyhört från korridoren men vi var trötta så vi sov gott. Ägaren och personalen är superhärliga och det känns som om hela samhället kom dit för att dricka kaffe och äta lite frukost. Så charmigt och trevligt tack vare personalens hjärta!"

"Wonderful location in the hills outside Bologna. Fantastic thermal spa pools. Nice food and great staff (reception speak english). The room was basic and definitely overpriced. 2 stars at best Euro 65 per night should be the price, in my experienced opinion. Noisy and drafty accommodation. Conversations in the corridors and stairwells echoed around the whole building. Smokers' cigarette smoke somehow drifted into my room. WiFi was non-existent. In summary, bad hotel for business travellers....

"Perfect"

"Very quiet, clean and friendly hotel. A short walk to the train station and only 3 stops into Bologna Centrale."

"We stayed here for a couple of nights on a recent business trip. It is a very nice hotel with a friendly staff. The rooms are a bit dated but everything is very clean and the breakfast was delicious. They have a complement of conference rooms and a restaurant for hotel guests…"

"Dated property on the outskirts of Bologna. Good breakfast, friendly staff"

"We loved our stay here! So much space, a comfortable bed, and so close to everything. The room was clean and we had breakfast coupons for a little cafe down the way. Couldn't have been happier. Would stay here again!"

"Very nice hotel for the price"
