"Der Check-in erfolgt selber via Screen, die Reception ist nicht besetzt, das funktioniert soweit gut. Jedoch war das uns zugewiesene Zimmer noch nicht gereinigt. So haben wir auf die Notfall-Nummer angerufen, da hat uns jemand in Deutsch weitergeholfen und auf ein anderes gereinigtes Zimmer umgebucht. "I hate leaving negative info but for the benefit of future travelers, I have to be honest about a few items with this property: 1. It was absolutely buzzing with flies inside. There was spray and a fly swatter inside which indicates this must be a known issue to the property manager. It made our short stay very uncomfortable. 2. This is not a hot tub, it is a swedish bath.
