We stayed at the Boulevard Palace for 10 nights in connection with our son's wedding in Liberia. The hotel and staff were fantastic. The rooms were clean, service wonderful and the hotel restaurant was great. If you venture to Monrovia, consider staying at the Palace.

Good experience during checking in and out! Supply of towels horrible! Cleaning superb Toilet thub ridiculous! You will have to mop every time you take a shower. Horrible internet connection! Car park not paved well, too much influx of people around the parking lot.

The hotel facility is very clean. The rooms are exceptional and housekeeping is always on time whenever you need them. I would definitely stay here again. The front desk is very responsive. The only downside is poor customer service at the restaurant. I believe they can do better if they get the proper training.

Hello Sir, we’re sorry to hear that from your end. Please explain what difficulties did you faced on the front desk and why was the breakfast terrible as you say? So many hotels around the world has no Microwaves in rooms for safety reasons and laundry, ironing, etc… are extra charges. Moreover, under our hotel’s facilities it says Laundry facilities not Free laundry facilities. Thank you and we hope to fix things up for you on your next visit.
