"Lo mejor:
-La atención: el personal está atento a todas tus necesidades con la mejor predisposición.
-la ubicación: dentro del pueblo de Cojimies, este hotel brinda una vista maravillosa a la isla del amor y queda frente a una playa muy tranquila y extensa.
-El desayuno estuvo muy bueno.
Lo que no me gustó:
- En el hotel hay que mandar un texto para que te activen el agua caliente: a pesar de que siempre tuvimos agua caliente, el hecho de avisar previamente que la vas a usar es un poco...

"Located at the Northeast end of the villiage of Mompiche, only a 2-3 minute walk to the bustling, yet small center. The hotel is gated and ample parking is available inside the gates. I was greeted by Jose, one of the property managers who was very friendly. Upon checking in, he asked me what I wanted for breakfast the next day and when I wanted it (breakfast was included in my reservation). "Relaxing and lovely grounds in safe and secure setting. Though I travelled alone, I have every intention to return with my family. The staff work hard to give the guests an excellent stay. I appreciated the cleanliness and efficiency. Overall, highly recommend."

"There was a huge breakdown in communication. There is only one way to get to this resort and that is over the beach at low tide. Whilst they provided me with low tide information, they didn't tell me it was the only way to get to the hotel. Had I known this in advance (while booking!), I would not have chosen this hotel. There is no way I would drive over the beach with a rental small car that is not a 4-wheel drive SUV."
