We enjoyed our one night stay and very much appreciated the welcoming of our pet to be allowed. Staff was very friendly and helpful and made our stay enjoyable. Will make it a point to visit their again when back in town!

I have been here 3 years in a row for a temp work assignment and i have noticed some improvements they added potatoes to the breakfast which is great for a vegetarian. Also they added an umbrella to the pool area to create some shade. Greatly appreciated!

Bugs crawling in bed, dirty and smells. Good luck dealing with a liar manager. Do not stay here unless you want to sleep with bugs and scam by the manager. The manager is a total liar only want your money. Multiple bugs in the bed crawling switched room and same thing meaning bugs in every room. Did not stay and left for a refund but manager lied about everything not to refund. Never a sorry or any kind of apology. Just lies, every words come out of his mouth is a lie. A TOTAL SCAM. I contacted Expedia and it was already after he scammed us. Never got my refund when I did not stay because of the BUGS. Should not be doing business like that. He thinks customers are stupid. I had the worst hotel experience because of one liar manager. The worst management ever running his dirty Inn. SAD.

The rooms are inspected after they are cleaned by the housekeepers to ensure they are ready to rent. the first room you were assigned that you claimed had bugs all over the bed only had tiny gnats or fruit flies in the room. we are not sure where they came from but they were easily gotten rid of. The 2nd room you had was clean and nothing was found in that room. both rooms were rented to other people right after you with no complaints or issues at all. We have had no complaints of bugs or anything else since. You were the only person in the entire hotel claiming that there were bugs in the room. As far as the hotel being dirty, that is simply not true. We have been complimented for being extremely clean hotel. The hotel also does not smell bad. I have actually had guest ask who I get the fragrance from that we use because they would like to get some. so obviously does not smell bad. I also do not appreciate being called a liar and scammer when I have never spoken to you. Also I am a female not a male. I know about the complaints because I also checked the 2 rooms for bugs with a UVwand and inspection light and found nothing so please explain to me how I Lied? I have been the manager here for the past 22 years. You probably spoke to the Operations Director or Asst. Manager. I was told by a bystander that you were told "sorry " multiple times.

Easy check in, Elise at front desk friendly and helpful. Room was clean, beds were ok, not uncomfortable but not excellent. The spa water was COLD. Really wanted to use it after a long day driving.

COMFORT INN REVIEW TO HOTELS.COM Frig not turned on, TV would not go to source - could not use Apple Firestick, - missed sports game (only remote for using 'source' at front desk), when I did get remote form front, TV would not allow me to use my Firestick remote to enter info, hand cleaner 1/2 gone (previous user?), toilet paper had finger holes in it, 2nd roll not folded over - previous use?, had to change room because of smoking, crumbs on bed spread on 2nd room TRIED TO CALL FRONT DESK – PHONE DID NOT WORK, NOT PLUGGED IN – when I plugged it in – STILL DID NOT WORK…., COMFORT INN IS NOT 'COMFORTABLE'... Really want my money back !

Dear Seth I received your review and immediately went to the room to check on all of your complaints. Fridge was on and working normal. TV was on correct source and functioning properly. The shampoo, conditioner, and soap are all provided by dispensers and we fill as needed. toilet paper is sealed by a wetmark and not sure what was meant by finger holes. This hotel is 100% smoke free . Phone was plugged in and working. ( I called front desk from room). Whenever there is a problem in the room we will immediately fix the problem or move guest to another room while fixing.

It was very good. I had a little trouble finding the hotel, it was dark, 6 PM, and the sign was partially covered by trees. The address was no where to be seen easily. Check—in was quick and I found my room easily. It was very comfortable looking. When I turned the TV on there were no channels so I called front desk and Paula was there within five minutes. She fiddled around on the back of the TV and had it working in a couple of minutes, but after she left, I realized I was unable to change the channel, but by then I was too tired to call again. In the morning I went to have coffee and grabbed some in the lobby. A friendly maintenance man greeted me and made sure the pot was full and then I told him about the TV issue I had. He said to let the front desk know. I went in the breakfast room which was very clean with a pleasant woman making sure all stations were full with breakfast items. When I left the breakfast room I noticed she wiping the tables down including the chairs, the seat and the backs to make sure it was clean. When I checked out the cleaners were there with a big smile. I use a walker and she offered to take my luggage out to my car and put it in the trunk, which she did. The hotel was very nice, but what really topped it off was the friendliness of every single employee that I met. “Over the top” service!

Cozy Clean Safe Comfortable Worth the Cost.
Excellent! A little pricey for the area but worth it. The front desk was accommodating with our special need by confirming a room on the first floor. What I observed during our stay was the attention to detail. The ladies during breakfast were awesome at making sure there was plenty of food and the area kept clean. The folks cleaning the rooms had the doors open AND they were actually scrubbing the tubs and the bath tubs, they had a cart filled with dirty sheets! What’s my point? These people actually do their job!! There are countless hotels out there that are filthy and employ people that do below the bare minimum. Just plain gross!

I’ve stayed here 3 times in the last few months & the staff is absolutely fantastic!! Just so nice & accommodating! The rooms are clean- the beds are very comfortable! I’d say the rooms are very good for the money!

Fast EV charging on road trip stopover
Stayed for 1 night on a road trip. A little off the beaten path but the room was clean and roomy, breakfast buffet was constantly refreshed, and the EV charger was FAST. Had an issue with our TV remote and the wind had blown a bunch of stuff into the pool and hot tub, but the front desk took care of both once we brought it to her attention.

Our room had minimal ac which meant that it did not completely cool off until 5:00 am in spite of running the ac on high all night. TV did not work. The room had been cleaned but not well. Seemed to have only one luggage cart for the entire complex. Would not stay here again but I didn’t see any better places in the town.

I expected better from Comfort Inn, the carpet was torn in our room and could have tripped us up. We had to put a suitcase on it so it didn't! Decor was old, beds were extremely soft and not comfy at all!! The area around the hotel had no amenities, no restaurants, they had all closed down. Again it was Expedias rating that made me chose this and again it was incorrect!!

Excellent facilities! Clean and quiet. The lobby staff was friendly and helpful. It is the best hotel I've stayed at in Mohave!
