Needs to Improvement

Overall this property is old and needs upgrading. No reception, only facility is the pool.The checkin method of finding a keybox was unexpected, allso not mentioned when I first booked.I found it difficult being guided in the poor light, by a person whose english wasn't the best. I Ididn't have wifi and shower remained cold for duration of my stay When I did find a person he advised me there was no wifi available in the complex. He was a repairman, not reception.

Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf! De kamer was heel goed schoon, net appartement met ruim balkon. Winkelcentrum met veel restaurantjes tegenover de ingang en een zwembad waar je heerlijk kan genieten van het zonnetje. Wij zijn helemaal tevreden!

Bra leiligheter, men du bør like å gå.

Hyggelige og rene leiligheter. Mye trapper, men kan bruke heisene. Like i nærhet av butikker og restauranter. Men skal du ned til strand eller sentrum er det 30-40 min. å gå, oppoverbakker tilbake. Ingen bussforbindelse kun drosjer. Bra sted hvis du liker å gå.

Flott sted, litt langt unna periferien, må ta taxi til stand og tilbake da det ligger høyt oppe på fjellet. Litt miskommunikasjon ifht innsjekking. Stod at innsjekking er på hotellet Riosol det stemmer ikke. Man må ringe et tlf nummer som står på døra på Apartamentos og få en kode til å låse opp nøkkelboksen, for å få hentet nøkkelen. Fantastisk utsikt og renholdet er veldig bra.

Enkelt, billig hotell, fantastisk utsikt, bra renhold. Enkle, men helt greie leiligheter. Støy fra byen, som man må regne med i hele Puerto Rico. Lett å få parkeringsplass i gaten hvis man har bil.

Dejligt ophold trods nedslidt lejlighed

Monteparaiso har en fantastisk beliggenhed med en dejlig udsigt og en fin pool. Selve lejligheden trænger i høj grad til en renovering. Det hele fremtræder nedslidt, og især badeværelset, som havde en grim lugt fra afløbet. Brusehovedet kunne ikke sidde fast i holderen, men det blev fikset. Toilettet løb, hvis man ikke var meget omhyggelig med at trykke på flush-knappen. Belysningen i lejligheden var iskold, nærmest uhyggelig. En enlig pære hang over spisebordet. Vi havde terrasse, og den var fin med formiddagssol. Vi nød opholdet på trods af manglerne. Vi var ikke meget indendøre. Meget venlige mennesker i receptionen på Riosol, hvor vi checkede ind og ud.

Veldig slitt hotell.

Hyggelige folk i resepsjonen. Hyggelige folk som jobbet på hele hotellet. Men hotellet er fryktelig slitt. Tror ikke det er gjort noen verdens ting av renovasjon der på de siste 30 år. Mye fyllerør og nattebråk på hotellet også. Kan funke for en som reiser alene. Men, ville aldri hatt med familien min hit.

No me gustó porque habia mucho ruido, personas haciendo fiestas a las 2 de la mañana y el personal de recepción no hacia caso, tuvimos que llamar 4 veces para que vinieran a llamarles la atención. Estuvimos 1 dia sin agua caliente, habian cagadas de ratón por los muebles de la cocina y muchas cucarachas. Lo único bueno fue el trato del personal de limpiezas, por lo demás, todo muy mal. De fianza te cobran 150€ cuando el apartamento estaba echo un asco.

Al llegar me pedían una fianza de 150€, la cual no aboné, dado que al realizar la reserva debes indicar los datos de la tarjeta bancaria y cabe destacar que en las condiciones de la reserva tampoco informaban sobre entregar una fianza. En el comprobante de la reserva, así como también lo indica la pagina web, la salida es a las 12:00, nos hicieron abandonar las instalaciones a las 10:00. En varias ocasiones intenté contactar con el alojamiento por teléfono y no fue posible, también les envíe correos electrónicos y nunca recibí respuesta. El personal de la recepción no es agradable con el trato al cliente.

Montepareiso Lejlighed med udsigt

Havde et dejligt ophold på Montepareiso. En ok lejlighed med en fantastisk udsigt over Puerto Rico by og havn samt ikke mindst havet. Komplekset virker noget slidt og trænger til renovering, men samlet set et godt ophold med adgang til nabohotellets (RioSol) faciliteter

Helt ok for kort periode.

Flott resepsjon og bassengområde osv. men liten og gammel leilighet. Veldig enkelt. Langt å gå til rommet etter innsjekking og masse trapper. Tungt å løfte koffertene opp og ned. Hotellet ligger for øvrig helt øverst oppe i fjellene, tar cirka 17 minutter å gå ned til sentrum. Anbefaler leiebil. Ellers nydelig utsikt! Fin buffet. Rommet vårt var koblet til en nyere hotell avdeling, det trakk opp hele opplevelsen.

Vi fikk rom med morgensol. Helt greie leiligheter. Men kunne trenge en oppussing. Ingen form for såpe i leil. Det eneste som var rett ille var stanken på utsiden!! Det var i tillegg dopapir i trærne og det luktet ordentlig sterk kloakk

Pequeños cambios para mejorar

El apartamento realmente tiene una ubicación de lujo, para lo que cuesta está bien, pudieran actualizar el mobiliario y por lo menos poner unos ventiladores en la habitación y ajustar el costo de la habitación de acuerdo a los cambios positivos, lo salva q al frente hay un Hiperdino expréss si no no podrían cobrar mucho, si lo recomiendo pero también recomiendo invertir un dinero para mejorar las instalaciones, la piscina buena pero le falta actualizarla. Otra cosa importante es que deberían bajar el precio por los puestos de estacionamiento por día para q sea más accesible y si colocan una cafetería en donde está la recepción para ofrecer unos bocadillos y café y por supuesto unas cervezas les genera un dinero adicional interesante. El baño está impecable y muy bonito, se ve que le hicieron esos cambios recientemente, si lo recomiendo, y si volvería a ir.
