"My husband and I had a fantastic stay at Roncolo! The hotel is new and beautiful, everything is clean and stylish. The hotel, pool, and restaurant sit on a large area of secluded land so you feel very removed and peaceful even though you’re only a few minutes from the nearest town. "Says check in is at noon and when I arrived at 1:30pm they said I couldn’t check in till 230. They kept trying to get me to eat at their restaurant while I waited. But I had plans and just landed and needed to shower and leave. I finally was able to check in but they weren’t nice about it. I made reservations for dinner at 730 with them and when I arrived they didn’t have record of it and gave me a table and said they needed it back in 1 hour. The food was not good! Shocking for Italy!
