I booked two rooms on August 29 and I have already paid for two rooms for me and my friend and his wife. I have all evidence of confirmation on my payment and every details which your side send me by email. I arrived at hatagoya Mito Ooarai at 6 pm. But the managers told me tha only one room was booked for us. They told me that Hatagoya head office staff in Tokyo made a mistake. So we could stay for only one room. Around 9 pm, My friend stayed there. But I could not stay there with my friend. they picked me up to any inn which is very shabby inn . That inn, even, was 30 minutes by car off the Hatagoya Mito Ooarai. Even They did not get back my room charge. They told me that they could not pay back my room money. The head office will call me on October 23. Absolutely they overbooked. I want to call to police. I kindly and politly but sternly ask your side to solove this problem without any delay. はじめて利用しましたが、車で10分くらいの場所に温泉やスーパーはありますし、家族で素泊まりだったらとても快適に過ごさせていただきました。 乾燥してる時期に行ったので加湿器があったら嬉しかったですかね

周りのホテルに比べたら断然安く泊まれるのでありがたいです。 スタッフさんもとても良い方でした。 徒歩圏内にはコンビニ等ですが、車なので特に気にはなりませんでした。 自販機はありました！ バスタオル、フェイスタオルはありますが、寝巻き、歯ブラシはないので、持参しました。

色々と融通（外出など）がきくので管理されたくない、気軽に宿泊だけしたいと言う方にピッタリな感じかと思います。　料金も安価なのでいい感じです。　温泉入りたい、良い食事がしたいなどサービスを求める方には不満しかないかと思います。　自分はリピートしたいなーと思いました。
