"No housekeeping at all. 3 night stay - no new towels even after following directions to put used towels on floor. Had to go to front desk and inquire. Was told that they were short staffed and that he guessed they didn’t come to our room. He did give me towels. We will not be staying at this hotel ..."

"Heater was loud and hard fan blowing, plus it didn't seem to warm the room. The thermostat was bright blue and doesn't dim for sleeping. The A/C on interior room was a portable unit. Walls are thin and TVs volume, hair dryers, toilets flushing feel like they are in your room."
