"Probably the best stay in Israel! It is not a hotel but a private house. The host is a perfect communicator, and charming. The property is super clean, with a lot of fresh air. It was a very nice but short stay on our travel to Beersheba. It is relatively close to the airport."

"Literally The Best hotel in Bat Yam .Views are stunning Located just on the beach across the street ,quiet area .Public transportation near by .We used Gett app for taxi which is affordable Staff is very friendly ,trying accommodate above and beyond with any needs .Hotel is very clean , just recently opened .I think it was a good idea to have breakfast which had many choices /decent food .But there is a very nice cafe on the first floor of same building ,so if you breakfast coffee and...

"It was scary when we drove up and it looked like an abandonned property, but the room turned out nice and the bed was comfy. The "sea view" is a dirt parking lot that is noisy but its close to the beach and lots of places to eat. We ended up having a great time."

"Clean room, good breakfast, nice staff, coffee and tea available 24/7. Very comfortable. The only thing is that it is not located in central tel Aviv, and there aren't many shops open late at night."

"Staff is very friendly. I came last year and they remembered me and got us a room that could accommodate my father which is in a wheelchair. They moved the people out that wasn’t handicap and helped make it more accommodating for us."

"This is a really wonderful hotel that is simple. Well designed, excellent location, with extremely friendly staff at the front desk. Each room is well and practically designed. The room makes the best use of the space. The location is excellent, close to all the restaurants and Bars in the Florentine area of Tel Aviv. The only negative is that it is very hard to park in. you should be prepared that you may get a parking ticket. fortunately, a parking ticket is not that expensive in TelAviv. "
