Location was great and the facilities, wonderful (including swimming pool and gym). The rooms were spacious, clean with adequate facilities. Only drawback is the breakfact which was rather basic.

The property was very nice and clean. Our rooms were spacious. We were greeted and checked in quickly at the front desk and I missed getting his name but he was very nice and made sure to ask if we needed anything and how everything was when we left. The only complaint I have is not against the hotel at all but the teenage boys that had no respect for younger children in the pool. Again not against the hotel at all but shame on parents for not teaching their kids better!

Check in was easy and welcoming. The property is very clean and is in a great location, close to Notre Dame which was important to us. There are restaurants within walking distance and the neighborhood was beautiful for walking. Overall excellent!!!

It was nice and Jason at the front desk was super nice. Room was clean, cleaning staff was very nice. Pool was nice. They had a basketball team stay and the kids were running through the hallway knocking on doors and even kicked our door open when it was propped open. Front desk was on a mission looking for them. The manager or whoever he was questioning me the next day without reading what was put in notes.

Family friendly but lacks comfortable sleeping.

It was clean but not a good deep clean as there was dirt on the bathroom floor. The king bed was so uncomfortable that my husband and I kept waking up in pain all night long. We thought about leaving and not staying a second night, but didn’t want to lose our money. The bed was our biggest issue as it caused us to be tired and sore, versus having a good nights rest. My husband tried to lay on the couch and that was just as bad. The pool was cold and our special needs son who loves the water just cried. We were really looking forward to him having time in the water. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We had to ask for new towels and toilet paper many times. So that was a little annoying. This was our third year in a row to choose staying at this hotel. Next year I’m not sure what we will do as the bed was a huge disappointment for us.
