I'm a travel agent and booked this place for my client. We were completely dissatisfied with the service and I will not consider Sonder at any locations until they take accountability for their mistakes.
1. We requested an infant crib as advertised and instead received a pack and play, which was not what we confirmed and arranged one month prior to check-in. Not only that, the pack and play was broken. When we requested an infant crib again based on what we received, they delivered another pack and play and didn't bother to retrieve the broken one. They refused our third request for them to supply an actual infant crib or bed because they simply miss advertised and didn't actually have neither an infant crib or infant bed. We would have never booked this place initially if they didn't offer an actual infant bed or crib as advertised.
2. We extended the check-out date by one day and received confirmation of the extension and new dates. However, the Sonder booking system never updated the new checkout date. They were not going to honor the new date and told my client she had to check out within 3 hours or move to a new room because they had another client arriving. They were inconsiderate and took no accountability of their own issue and made it my client's issue even though my client was charged for the new booking and we had documentation. Nor did they offer to help move my client's belongings nor try to arrange the new guest to another room they had available.
