Overall, the hotel was nice, clean, and well-maintained. However, it would really benefit from having a microwave and a smart TV, as those are amenities many guests expect. Wyndham Bloomington - Mall of America
Average hotel, few broke down vehicles in the lot, looks like they've been sitting for awhile(hotel vans). Staff behind desk were friendly. Staff on phone are not. No complementary breakfast. Short drive from Mall of America. About all i have to say.

Clean room, friendly/supportive staff and proximity. Minuses: pool closed on site (I learned about it at check in, however I may have missed something), no microwave in the room nor on each floor for accessibility (at least 1 on each floor would help) and I had to request housekeeping. Not too happy ...
