"We were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff, and the room was very clean and well organised. The bathroom, towels, shower, microwave, dishes, and hand wash were all provided — almost everything we needed was available. It is a perfect place to stay for a night after finishing a Hobbiton tour."

"We really enjoyed our short stay. Everything we needed was on hand. Lovely short walk to the waters edge. Only mildly annoying thing was the clomping of the boots on the floor above in the morning. Fortunately we rose early but it was an intrusion on our otherwise peaceful stay.
We will return we we come to Tauranga next. Thanks. "
