The front desk , Mr. Hwan is so helpful & very effective. He makes our stay very comfortable. The breakfast & dinner are among the best we have experienced with all the Ryokens in Japan.

露天風呂付きの離れを利用しました。 お風呂は清潔で湯加減も良く、いつまでも浸かってられます。 離れの中も綺麗で一つ一つの小物も可愛らしく、非の打ちどころのないようなお宿でした。

Luxurious ryokan. Excellent food.

Beautiful ryokan with incredible service. The dinner was delicious (so many courses, served in my room). Breakfast the next morning was also excellent. The onsens were really nice. Good wifi.

お部屋での夕食で、お料理がとても美味しかったです。仲居さんも気配り目配り心配りが素晴らしく、大変快適に過ごせました。子供がまだ小さいので残念ながら全ては回れませんでしたが、お風呂もいくつもありますのでとても楽しめます。またいつかお世話になりたいです。

黒川温泉に泊まるなら黒川荘！

黒川温泉の中でも、かなり良い宿だと思います。 料理は工夫されていて、とても美味しく適度な量でした。 温泉も3種類あり、湯巡り不要だと思うほどです。 年配と若い男性のスタッフの人も話しやすく、とても親切で丁寧な対応でした。

日本トップクラスの優良温泉か？

新型コロナウィルス騒動の最中で、客が少なかったことから通常以上の丁寧なサービスを受けられた可能性もあるかもしれませんが、それでも、最高のサービスと施設でした。巡り湯用も含めれば、露天風呂だけで４つ楽しめる。内湯や貸し切り風呂も良かったです。部屋のなかにある植物ディスプレーに雪が舞うのを見て外で雪が降っていることがわかり驚いた。

the best!

Out of all the hotels/onsens we had whilst traveling around Japan this was the best. Great service. Excellent food. The most comfortable futons we had for the whole trip. Pillows were hard as seems to the the Japanese custom and some softer ones as an option would be nice. The Onsen was great. Nice to be able to reserve a private one without having to pay extra. Nice town.

A delicate hotel with wonderful hot springs

I accompanied with 2 friends stayed in this renowned hotel just one night. The atmosphere here was so wonderful. I enjoyed the hot springs a lot. It is a lovely place to visit again.

쿠로카와소 좋아요^^

조용하고 안락한 료칸입니다. 직원들이 매우 친절하며 가이세키 및 조식또한 훌륭해요. 온천의경우 게스트만 이용하는 곳/워크인이 이용하는 곳/가족탕(체크인시 시간예약,50분) 3곳이 있는데 게스트 온리 온천이 제일 좋으며 노천탕이 좀 뜨거워도 아주 넓고 좋아요. 다만 찾아 가실때 구글맵네비는 쿠로카와온천단지 안쪽으로 잘못 안내를 해요. 차량네비를 따라 터널근처 2차선도로에서 바로 들어가는 길이 맞습니다. 도착 2킬로정도 앞에서 좁은길로 빠지라 안내를하면 그냥 직진해서 터널통과후 10미터후 좌회전하시면됩니다.
