Magnifique séjour

Notre séjour a été génial. Nous sommes venu avec Snow notre chien et il a adorer également. Le personnel, au top, ils étaient adorables. Très bon petit déjeuner et copieux. Magnifique piscine. Nous reviendrons l’année prochaine.

Agréable séjour

Nous avons bien apprécié cette établissement, bien situé, hôtels calme avec sa terrasse donnant sur piscine et son parking privé c'est un plus pour la sécurité des véhicules, très bon accueil, propreté rien à redire, je n'hésiterai pas à recommander cet établissement

Très agréable

Une nuit pour faire une halte à mi chemin de notre destination de vacances . Très agréable, le patron est gentil et serviable. Nous avons pris l’option petit dej , tout était parfait pour notre nuit dans une chambre spacieuse et joliment décorée . Une salle de bain un peu petite mais très fonctionnelle . Rien ne manquait .

Accueil téléphonique suite à demande de renseignements qui laissent vraiment à désirer.Chambre ne correspondant pas aux photos vues sur le site +100€ avec.moins de 9m2 sans fenêtre , velux à +de 3 mètres au niveau du plafond.pas de rangement et odeur nauséabonde sans possibilité d aérer. Très déçue de cette mauvaise expérience. Cette période reste malheureusement propice aux commerçants du manque de place sur cette très jolie ville de Mimizan au détriment des voyageurs qui payent des prestations sur-côtés .dommage.

Chambre glaciale

Par où commencer… J’ai séjourné dans cet hôtel durant 4 nuits. La chose la plus marquante est le manque de chauffage dans la chambre, on se gèle les c******* dans cet hôtel ! Mauvaise isolation et chauffage collectif qui ne fonctionne pas la journée, et visiblement pas la nuit non plus… Pas de gel douche dans la salle de bain, les murs sont probablement en papier carton fabriquer dans l’usine Gascogne non loin, on entend même le réveil de la chambre d’à côté, et je ne parle pas des conversations téléphoniques… Seul point positif, l’accueil est chaleureux.
