"Nous avons eu une très belle expérience au Holiday Inn de Charlottetown. Nous sommes arrivés plus tôt que prévu et la personne à l'accueil a été très serviable en nous accommodant avec des chambres côte à côte, ce que nous avons grandement apprécié. Le déjeuner était varié, copieux et bien approvisionné tout au long de la période de service. Le personnel s'assurait également de nettoyer les tables rapidement à mesure que les clients quittaient, ce qui rendait la salle à manger propre et...

"The hotel was okay. It is not well maintained. Lot of things were out of order. Room was standard and clean when we arrived. Bathroom door in room would not close. Pool slide did not work and floor was uneven in pool area. Continental breakfast was very good with lots of selection."

"Had a really nice stay. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Went to the red grill for breakfast and it was awesome. My mom loves swimming so we were up at 6 am and had the pool to ourselves for at least an hour. There was always fresh towels and it's very clean. The rooms are clean and our room was back in order by the time we got back from exploring. My only complaint is I'm used to a former mattress and I found it soft."

"The location was great. Walking distance to the harbour and Victoria Row. The property does not look like pictures shown. Needs a paint job outside. A lot of the furniture is old and tired. We stayed in one of the basement rooms. Musty and very humid. I have a lung condition so was not very healthy. The staff were great though. Breakfast was good"
