"Rooms were clean, staff helpful. Unfortunately some spa amenities were out of order and couldn’t be used. There is an odour coming from the spa to the floors - something is wrong with the air flow in the hotel and needs to be addressed by the management. The food at restaurant was below our expectations. Don’t order fish there - it wasn’t eatable, but we were charged anyway…"

"The staff were so friendly and well spoken. The palace is immaculate and so clean. Easy parking right out front which was free of charge for our rental car. The hotel also has an amazing restaurant for dinner which was one of our favourite meals of the trip. "This was my first time in Croatia and I absolutely fell in love with the country, specifically this hotel. I felt very safe and well taken care of by the staff. I loved that the beach was right across from the hotel and a short uber ride from the airport. I had dinner here my first night and it was absolutely delicious! Will be staying here again!"

"The property is in a great location, quiet, right across the road from the beach and easy walking distance to restaurants. We stayed there the week before this stay and had 3 rooms on the second floor. I rated those rooms 5 star. This time we were in 3 rooms on the first floor the air conditioning did not work in any of our rooms. Our shower sliding door did not slide and the door to the deck in my son’s room did not lock."
