"Checked in at 6 pm, left to have dinner with friends, returned 9 pm, left hotel at 5 am so did not have opportunity to check cleanliness, breakfast, restaurant or anything else. Staff were the only interaction we had and they were excellent on checking in and in checking out assisting with transport to airport."

"The breakfast was good. The room was old and needs major upgrades. The arm chair was disgusting and filthy, the desk chair seat was torn and falling apart. We checked in at 2 am got into bed at 2:22. There was a light in the parking lot that flashed on and off like a strobe light. If our curtains weren't falling apart they may have closed to block that out. And to top it off. The front desk called at 4am to re arrange our shuttle pick up time. Very unhappy, but wasnt prepared to be moving...

"Couldn’t control room temperature, as well room wasn’t overly clean, I’ve stayed at this hotel quite frequent and it was definitely not as clean as prior stays. Water temperature in shower was maxed at warm could not get any hotter as tap would not continue to hotter. Set to warm only. Decrease in overall quality of stay from previous stays. "

"Everything was fine; Seemed like other 4 Points had better pillows and I had to alter the thermostat since it was set at 76 degrees. There is absolutely nowhere to eat after 11; I think. But if you plan right; the price and quality is good"

"Our one-night stay was okay overall. The room was newly renovated and nicely done, and the staff were very kind. Breakfast options in the morning were also a great variety. "The amenity we used was the dog run, which we love. There was a time when it was hard to get into it because of the snow or vehicles in front of it, but they no longer allow vehicles to park there. There has been times when the grass has been too long, which makes it hard to scoop poop. But on this visit it was wonderful"

"Good: Check in was quick and easy. The location was close to all amenties. Parking was good. The room temperature control was good. Clean and quiet room. Did not get to check out the swimming pool. Continental Breakfast included. Not good: The side road leading to the hotel is awful, full of pot holes. Foot traffic nearby is a little sketchy. I was thrown off by the Breakfast, the eggs and sausage was frozen. I could have went without waiting at the microwave for my breakfast to heat up. Also,...
