Property was clean but, but Exrea bed was not ready when we arrived no blankets, no pillows etc so we had to chase staff twice for this( eeven i specifically wrote emails and verbally reminded the receptionists befor we entered the apartment. "This is a gr8 place to relax or play a round of golf. The staff are very helpful. The hotel rooms are lovely. They are not huge but have enough room to feel comfortable. There are 2 golf courses here. The Kernow course is a good test of your golf whatever handicap you have. "Overall the property was very clean and everything was brand new. Great location and close walk to every where. Only down fall was the kitchen didn't have as many pots and pans if you wanted to cook a family meal. The iron was not working but we got a replacement the next day. The ceiling in the bedroom upstairs was quite low and became quite warm. The property does not have air con except for a fan in the living room. We took an additional fan with us which helped.
