Estimado cliente, Estamos muy decepcionados de que haya hecho un comentario anónimo, pero pudimos rastrear su reserva. Si no nos equivocamos Usted tuvo la reserva n. 1313101144 (Sr. David Martínez Santamaría). No reservó una habitación para tres (2 adultos y 1 niño) pero reservó una habitación doble para 2 personas porque, en el caso más afortunado, cometió un error o no quiso pagar una habitación triple (eso estaba disponible en el sitio y aquí también en el hotel). No solo llegaste después del horario regular de registro y el personal tuvo que atender tu llegada, sino que te dimos lo que pediste y esa noche no reclamaste nada aquí en la recepción. No solo no le cobramos por toallas adicionales, sino que solo le cobramos lo que el niño había consumido durante el desayuno. Si no es el Sr. Santamaría, le pedimos disculpas por cualquier inconveniente y esperamos que el invitado que escribe este comentario horrible y despreciativo tenga el coraje de hacernos saber con quién tenemos el placer de hablar. En espera de su amable respuesta, le enviamos nuestros más sinceros saludos. Dear Client, we are very disappointed you have made an anonymous comment, but we were able to track down your reservation. If we are not mistaken You had the reservation n. 1313101144 (Mr David Martinez Santamaria). You did not book a room for three (2 adults and 1 child) but you booked a double room for 2 persons because, in the luckyest of the ipothesis, you did a mistake or you did not want to pay for a triple room (that was available on site and here in the Hotel as well). Not only you arrived after the regular check in time and the personnell had to attend your arrival but we gave you what you orded and that night you did not claim for anything here at the reception.
