The reception lady, Sylvia does't know how to treat guests. Her inapprpriate attitude makes entire image about this hotel that we had from our earlier visit about 2 weeks ago chaned totally. Safe box in the room doesn't work. Hotel didn't reply our massage we've sent before we get to the hotel. Sylvia never said "sorry" about all the inconvenience at all.
Great location close to the airport. We used the free hotel shuttle multiple times to get to the airport where we picked up the bus to get to Milano Centrale for train connections. Friendly, helpful staff.
Room was ungodly hot and smelled terribly of paint. Mattress was about three inches thick and pillows might as well have been rolled up towels. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.
Personale in particolare della reception gentile e disponibile. Colazione completa e camerieri attenti a soddisfare ogni richiesta.

Sliten inredning & obefintlig wifi
Hotellet är ganska slitet liksom rummen, sängarna ganska hårda. Wifi uppkopplingen är nästintill obefintlig. Det som höll bra standard var frukostbuffén som hade ett bra utbud och gratis transfer till flygplatsen. Personalen var mycket trevlig och serviceminded. Fräscha till inredningen uppgradera ert wifi så är klassen genast högre!
It was near the Linate airport and offered shuttle service, but the waiting times for the shuttle was often longer than it took to walk to the hotel. The walls were so thin that we heard every conversation of the people in the attached rooms as well as the airplanes flying overhead.
What I don’t understand: coming in the breakfastroom we were offered coffee which I offcoarse had to pay. We didn’t include breakfast so we had to pay for that also. Appears to include free coffee now.
Perhaps a better idea to ask and pay for breakfast first and than have coffee for free.
The room was in good condition and designed to reduce the airport noise as much as possible. My only observation would be the small door of the elevators which makes it dificult to accommodate large pieces of luggage, strollers or wheelchairs.
1.The shuttle service, excellent: 5 minutes from and to the the Airport, and 3 minutes from and to the metro.
2.The staff very friendly, front desk and restaurant.
3.Very beautiful and decorated rooms.
4.The breakfast, excellent product service and environment.
5.Quick phone calls, every time, and answer with courtesy.
6.Very good facilities.
Convenient transportation to Linate Airport. Shuttle service was prompt.
Sadly, the rooms are a bit tired and the food served at the restaurant was terrible.
