"Tv was broken, registration was rude and assumed I was trying to add people to the room that were not accounted for in the reservation. Our rooms were attacked my a homeless individual that somehow obtained a key card with the same room number. Management did nothing to deescalate the situation. The women was under the influence or in manic episode, banged on the door broke the windows and barged into the room. This individual was screaming she was going to kill us! Would not recommend this location for a quick rest stop. It’s absolutely unsafe. "

"Everyone was wearing multiple hats. Manager bartending and running food. Valet guy was also doing bell service. Made for sluggish service. "

"Overall we had okay experience. The couple of reasons are: the TVs were old and the channels were not working properly due to the remote not working and it did not have any apps like netflix. During our stay, the staff also accidentally gave our key to new arrivals and they opened the door but thankfully our door was locked so the staff was able to give us a new key but it was not professional and it was uncomfortable. However, the breakfast was good. The staff was kind enough to accommodate and give us late check out because of our incident with the key. "

"First, they had a strange check-in requirement in that all adults needed to provide IDs (not a great sign - guessing there's a reason for this that I'm glad I don't know). Then we got to the room and found that there were no towels, which we had to request feom the front desk. Also no shampoo, which was easily addressed with a visit to the nearby grocery store. But then, when we got up in the morning, hoping to take a nice shower and use the towels and our newly purchased toiletries, there was no hot water. Apparently the same was true the day before as well, but we were not told. If we were, we would have found another hotel. When I commented about this at checkout, the manager said that I should take it up with Hotels.com, so let's see how that goes. Please wish me luck! "
