As a hotels.com VIP member they “upgraded” me to a suite but didn’t tell me they were doing a bunch of construction on the other rooms on the floor. NH Collection Mexico City Reforma
Hotel is next to the bars and I could hear the music going until 4am every night. The shower had no hot water, the TV would constantly stop working and a small M&M bag was over $3. My room was only cleaned 1 day out of 4. I spoke to the front desk but they never rectified anything.

Hotel & Suites PF
Staff are friendly, housekeeping was poor. Concierge and front desk excellent. The hotel must be built over the metro. The building sways, creeks and groans like an earthquake every day.
