El hotel anuncia tener desayuno desde 7am y no había. Más tarde llegó la cocinera y solicité desayunar 10:40 y ya no me quisiste on atender; al parecer habían enviado a la cocinera a hacer compras.

La habitación es amplia, limpia y cuenta con baño completo, agua caliente, TV, cocineta, sala, clóset. El personal en general muy amable, una mención honorífica a la señora de cocina para los desayunos (incluido) muy servicial Me desilusionó un poco no poder contar con apoyo en el momento de la verdad, llegué 5am y me trate de comunicar al hotel para confirmar q habia quien pudiera recibir mis maletas y no hubo manera de comunicarme no contestaban. Al fina me esperé a llegar con luz. El lobby está muy frío hace falta un calentador, Muy buena ubicación No hubo repuesto de botellas de agua por día, solo dejaron un shampoo, un jabón de tocador y una toalla

La habitación en general bien, sin embargo el servicio de cocina no fue suficiente, nos tuvimos que trasladar unas calles a otro hotel de L'Heritage para desayunar, pero solo habia 1 cocinero para atender a los huéspedes de 2 hoteles, muy mal por los gerentes que le cargaron la mano al cocinero, quien se encargo de cocinas, lavar loza, servir, entregar los alimentos y limpiar mesa, muy triste las condiciones laborales

La verdad es que quedé gratamente sorprendida, había leído en otras reseñas que eran instalaciones viejas y no tan limpias pero por el precio y ubicación decidí arriesgarme pero la verdad es que no es así, o por lo menos a mí no me lo pareció, la habitación es muy amplia, cómoda, limpia y bien conservada, incluso me recordó un hotel que visité en Londres por su estilo victoriano. Y el desayuno incluido también en muy bueno, hay fruta, café y te preparan huevos al gusto, me sentí muy bienvenida y por el precio la verdad es que vale toda la pena del mundo.

Precio demasiado alto para lo que ofrece, aparte de un aspecto descuidado por el paso del tiempo, el baño estaba sucio, las sábanas de la cama también se veía en mal estado, hace un frío terrible y no tienen calefacción, si te ofrecen un calefactor pequeño, pero no es suficiente para el frío que hace en invierno, prácticamente te están cobrando la ubicación, que si es una excelente zona, pero no vale la pena. Por un precio menor preferí hospedarme en el hotel emporio en reforma y de una calidad excelente en servicio y mucho mejor condición en general.

Internet does not work. I spent 4 nights and internet very unstable/horrinle. I complained and no improvement whatsoever. Noise starts early in the morning (around 5 AM). staff talking on the reception, phone sounds… all the sounds reverberates in the room.
