Location is great. Room was good. Bed was huge and comfortable. Communication was not always clear. There were coffee machines out in the common areas but it was always cold. I did not know if the hotel staff made it or if I was supposed to make it. No indication there. Basically I was not able to enjoy a morning Coffee there. I went to next door cafe Paseo which is great.

The are of Roma Norte is lovely and the hotel is well located and has a charming decor, but it want very clean, there was no hot water and the rooms are on the first floor and face the street so it is incredibly noisy. Overall it was functional and safe but the noise and lack of amenities was a big deawback

Very bad experience... I can't believe the reviews are true. First of all, the photos give a completely different impression. The room looks more like a shed. The walls are as thin as cigarette paper, with no privacy. It feels like a church, the room resonates so much. The water was never changed, the coffee machine was in a state that made you not want to use it at all. I even wonder if the coffee was changed the next day... In the room, the toilet only flushed halfway! I had to flush three times to get the poop out. Finally, and the worst part, the wifi didn't work in the room! There was always a problem! I had to go to cafes to get internet! What they don't tell you before you pay is that you are not allowed to watch TV and talk in your “PRIVATE” room after 11 p.m., under penalty of $50. It feels like boarding school with the curfew. They send you a message the next day to warn you about the penalties. This message really pissed me off. I had another separate reservation but luckily, I had time to cancel it!

Ya van varios años que nos hospedamos ahí sin embargo no se ha visto algún mantenimiento. Las colchones ya están desgastados, los baños no tienen buen desagüe en la regadera, los tapetes y sabanas tienen manchas y tapetes con mucho polvo. Los cojines no se ven lavados. Ya no se percibe tan higiénico. Solo por la zona y el precio que se mantiene estable aun lo hemos considerado pero quizá valga la pena ya buscar nuevas opciones. La atención es buena e inmediata.

Todo estuvo perfecto, gracias a humberto por hacerme el check-in por adelantado. Solo un detalle en cuanto a las luces , son muy potentes, quería apagar una pero o eran todas o ninguna así que opté por apagarlas y usar la del baño para iluminar la pieza . Obviamente creo que es cuestión de gustos en cuanto iluminación. Todo en general muy bien

Hotel bien ubicado

Había muchos lugares de comer cerca y el transporte público. No sé si fue la habitación que me tocó pero se oía como una bomba de agua cada 5 minutos y se oía todo de Los huéspedes de al lado. En cuanto a la limpieza solo debo decir que la jarra de agua en mi habitación no estaba muy limpia de la tapa.
