The are of Roma Norte is lovely and the hotel is well located and has a charming decor, but it want very clean, there was no hot water and the rooms are on the first floor and face the street so it is incredibly noisy. Overall it was functional and safe but the noise and lack of amenities was a big deawback

Very bad experience... I can't believe the reviews are true. First of all, the photos give a completely different impression. The room looks more like a shed. The walls are as thin as cigarette paper, with no privacy. It feels like a church, the room resonates so much. The water was never changed, the coffee machine was in a state that made you not want to use it at all. I even wonder if the coffee was changed the next day... In the room, the toilet only flushed halfway! I had to flush three times to get the poop out. Finally, and the worst part, the wifi didn't work in the room! There was always a problem! I had to go to cafes to get internet! What they don't tell you before you pay is that you are not allowed to watch TV and talk in your “PRIVATE” room after 11 p.m., under penalty of $50. It feels like boarding school with the curfew. They send you a message the next day to warn you about the penalties. This message really pissed me off. I had another separate reservation but luckily, I had time to cancel it!

Hemos reservado ahí por más de 3 años por lo que quizá una renovación aunque sea de las sábanas y toallas puede ser un buen detalle para volver a elegirlos. La atención siempre ha sido muy puntual, amable y comprensible.

Había muchos lugares de comer cerca y el transporte público. No sé si fue la habitación que me tocó pero se oía como una bomba de agua cada 5 minutos y se oía todo de Los huéspedes de al lado. En cuanto a la limpieza solo debo decir que la jarra de agua en mi habitación no estaba muy limpia de la tapa.

Me hospedé un poco más de una semana específicamente en el habitación Akapulco. La ubicación es excelente, el staff muy amable y atento. El internet es muy estable. Tienen un refrigerador grande para uso común lo cual me resultó muy conveniente. Espero regresar.

La atención antes y durante la estadía fue excepcional. Miguel y Humberto estuvieron muy atentos todo el tiempo. La ubicación es excelente y el acceso fácil. La habitación es cerrada, no tienen ventilación entonces el espacio es muy húmedo para que lo tomen en cuenta. Puntos a mejorar sería la limpieza ya que había suciedad en la habitación y las sábanas estaban manchadas a pesar de que las cambiaron.
