La Campechana is a beautifully located, clean and secure apart hotel. The kitchen is very complete and it even includes a washer dryer. There is 24 hour security with a person at the front door who opens it and lets you in. I would definitely stay again.

The suite felt airy and comfortable, and great place to relax after exploring Condesa and Roma Norte on foot. Climbing the four flights of stairs (especially with our bags) was a bit of a workout - we were up for it, but not recommended for anyone with mobility challenges. All in all though, very happy with La Campechana!

Mexico City Hotel Experience

The space itself was lovely, ton of natural light in the main areas with an adjustable amount of light in the bedroom. Really nice design and somewhere you’d want to spend time. My biggest pain point was how uncomfortable the bed was! I stayed for 2 nights and on the second night I had a much better sleep on the couch. The water pressure in the shower was also really bad, very low water pressure.

Really lovely apartment hotel. Our room with a balcony was really spacious and quiet. A/C is hard to find in CDMX so we were really pleased with that. There were some nice extra touches to like nice common areas, rooftop, Laundry, and free bike rental. The staff was there 24/7 which was also nice. The breakfast included is extremely simple (coffee and toast) so if you’re staying for a while, you’ll probably want something else, but there are tons of affordable places in the neighborhood to eat at instead.

Tranquil and safe place. Beautiful apartment.

This place is a nice apartment in a safe, tranquil, walkable part of town. There are restaurants and coffee shops, bakeries, everywhere. You can walk to Chapultapec park and see the museums and the castle. Best thing -there is a 24/7 doorman who keeps an eye on everything and lets you in and out. He is very polite. You feel safe. Your stuff is safe.

Walked through many of the neighborhoods close by and condessa was by far the best. Safe, quiet, close to everything. I can go on and on but do your own research if you want. This property checks off all the boxes that you’ll need/wamt. Washing machine, full kitchen, a/c, several stand up fans, TV in living room and in bedroom. Free Netflix(in Spanish). Black out blinds. Very secure with a 24 hr guard/front desk.

A nice property in the Condesa neighborhood. There were no restaurants or shops attached to the building and that helps keep the property quiet, especially at night. Not a lot of vehicular traffic either. Staying at a different property just a block or two away would have been quite a different experience. We were in apartment 10 on the third floor which was nicely furnished. Having a fully-equipped kitchen was a plus. Was able to get a feel for the local neighborhood in a way that would not be possible if we stayed in a large chain hotel. The service was very good and it was nice to have a doorman greet us every time we left and arrived. We would recommend this property to others and would definitely consider staying there again on a return trip to wonderful CDMX.

The apartment was a nice size and clean and had all the amenities. The security was always present and we felt safe at the building. It is in a good location in Condesa and we walked everywhere. Unfortunately, the service at the property was poor. It was advertised that the property provided free water and coffee. 2 bottles of water and 3 pods of coffee were in our room upon arrival. When we asked for more, we were told it was only a courtesy for the 1st day. No directions were provided for the washer/dryer and no one knew how to work it. Our room was never cleaned. Our trash was only emptied upon our request. Clean towels were only provided upon our request. The breakfast was fair. Our check-in was terrible as we were provided a room on the 5th floor, completely unpacked, only to be told 20 minutes later that we were in the wrong room and then had to move to the 4th floor. There are no elevators at the property.

We had a great stay at La Campechana. We stayed there for a week and it was a great base for exploring CDMX. Room was clean and full of natural light, bed was very comfy. The neighborhood was quiet at night but a easy walk to more lively parts of La Condesa and Roma. Security guards at the door were nice and welcoming each time. Would recommend.

Excellent stay! Located in a safe, cute area within walking distance to plenty of food, shops, and visiting spots, as well as close to transportation. The apartment is located in a building with security guard and was easy check-in and entry into unit. We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment which was the nicest flat I have stayed in during my visits to Mexico City. It was clean, and had all the amenities, nice decor, and thoughtful additions and a lot of space. The administrators were communicative and I felt like any concerns could be addressed, though none came up. There was a bottle of wine there when we checked in which was a lovely surprise. Thank you!
