The service was Excellent from the front desk personnel specially Azul & Danna to the cordiality of the cleaning crew specially Monica who made sure my room was left super clean.
The room was spotless. All the staff was 1st class and went above and beyond. Made us feel special and took care of all our needs. Definitely recommend!!
Good:
The breakfast included sliced tomatoes, meat, cheese, cottage cheese, bread and more.
The room was clean.
Mauricio at the front desk is helpful and speaks English well.
The staff are positive and try to help.
The hotel is located on a major bus line (Metrobus Line 1), and it is near a big supermarket that is open until 10:00 PM.
Bad:
The first room they gave us smelled of sewage. We rejected it and so they gave us a better room.
The lighting in the room was very dim.
The toilet was in poor condition and the kitchenette sink was poorly installed.
The shower was small and dark, and the water temperature tended to fluctuate.
The suite had no dishes or cutlery, so we had to ask for them.
Even though we stayed in an interior room without any street view, we could always hear low-level background noise.
The location was good for my purpose as it was close to my work location. The hotel was old and while okay not great condition. There was no room service available, the breakfast was pretty mah, the coffee was good, the door to my room was not secure, when I reported that the safety latch was off and on the floor when I returned in the evening, they said they would fix it the next day.
