Deceiving photos. The unit is run down -kitchen countertops were peeling, no hot water in the bathroom sink. The toilet barely flushes. The shower drips. 2 rolls of toilet paper for 2 people for 4 days. Very difficult to contact anyone for assistance. Location is good but close to a very busy street, so be prepared for a lot of car noise.

No hot water in the shower, send a message to the property about it and no response. The A/C did not work as it only blew a bit of cold air. Definitely don’t recommend this property. You can probably find a better room or hotel

Not worth the price

Hotel is okay, but not for the price you are paying. They should do some upgrades, install proper climate control, it gets pretty warm and is not even summer time. TV does not work at all. Furniture is in bad condition. Luckily the area is great, but there are better options and more affordable options than this.

DO NOT STAY HERE

DO NOT STAY HERE. This business should not be allowed to host guests. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. Not only was the place well over 90 degrees without air or windows to open, but there are no windows or vents in the bathroom. There is clearly mold everywhere! We attempted to call the staff for assistance and no one answered. This business should not be allowed to promote on Hotels.com. We left almost immediately and checked into another hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE. There are other lovely affordable places in the same neighborhood.

The room was not properly cleaned. There was hair all over in the shower. Nasty!!! There is a milky glass section from the room to the hallway. All night long the automatic light kept on turning on every 3-4 min. by itself. Impossible to sleep as it light up the whole room! Unbelievably noisy neighborhood. Until about 1am every night. Literally road rage!!!

A la propiedad le hace falta que se le dé mantenimiento. Adicional tuve que estacionar sobre la calle frente al departamento y al amanecer se habían robado los espejos de mi vehículo. No hay ningún tipo de seguridad al no haber estacionamiento

El lugar es lindo, aunque no siempre te dan el loft qué seleccionas en fotos. Pero en si, esta bien equipado y cuenta con todos los servicios qué ofrecen. La comunicación si dejó mucho qué desear porque nunca recibí las indicaciones para ingresar al edicificio hasta que me comuniqué vía telefónica, y después de varios intentos respondieron. Pero eso si, 15 min antes de mi salida, ya me estaban avisando que debía desocupar el lugar.

La propiedad esta bien ubicada, cerca de chapultepec y reforma, la colonia es tranquila y comoda. Sin embargo no es aducuado para peronas con problemas de mobilidad, tercer piso sin elevador, escaleras angostas y altas, el departamento es un horno en el dia, no tiene aire acondicionado, tiene plaga de hormidas, por todo el depa, la duela rechina bastante cada que caminas, la cocina no es funcional, hay espacio para que hagan una cocida decente.
