The only thing I can think of that was not so great. Was that in room 246 the soap dispenser in the shower was not mounted to te wall correct, sort of "dangeling" in one screw. That could result in water damage in the future.

Room was terrible with sauna temperature, radiator faucet was broken with heating on max. This problem with the room did not occur when we arrived, the staff were fully aware of it but pretended not to notice. The price we paid to rent this for the room was pure fraud.

Disappointing Standard for a 4-Star Hotel

The rooms were very basic, lacking even essential amenities like tea and coffee making facilities or any complimentary items. We found it absurd that the mini-bars were locked. Furthermore, the furnishings are visibly old, and the sauna's limited hours (5:00 PM to 11:00 PM) were inconvenient. ​Based on the lack of basic amenities and dated features, I do not believe this hotel lives up to 4-star standards. ​However, I must commend the staff; the employees were friendly and welcoming. The hotel was also clean, and the parking facility was adequate.

Der Empfang beim Check-Inn war sehr herzlich. Leider gab es keine Info das das Restaurant von mehreren Reisegruppen am Abend belegt war und es dadurch nur Buffet gab. Der Preis fürs gezwungene Abendessen war schon recht hoch. Hotel liegt an einer Hauptstraße da Zimmer zur Strasse ziemlich laut Preis für Zimmer sehr günstig.

Service und Personal waren sehr gut. Sowohl an der Rezeption als auch im Speisesaal und an der Bar war das Personal sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel insgesamt ist in einem in die Jahre gekommenen Zustand. Der Teppichboden im Zimmer war stark verschmutzt. Die Silikonfugen in der Duschkabine waren komplett verschimmelt. Die Entlüftung im Bad funktionierte nicht, ebenso die Lampen an den Nachttischen. Die Minibar war verschlossen, aber der Kühlschrank produzierte noch reichlich Abwärme im Zimmer. Durch an- und abreisende Reisegruppen spätabends bzw. frühmorgens war es auf dem rückseitigen Parkplatz sehr laut, was grundsätzlich, insbesondere aber bei geöffnetem Fenster störend war. Allerdings war an Schlaf bei geschlossenem Fenster wegen der Wärme im Zimmer, aber auch in den Fluren, nicht zu denken. Die Terrasse des Hauses war ebenfalls sehr ungepflegt. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass seitens der Eigentümer nicht mehr viel in das Haus investiert werde.

Trotz Anfrage op das Frühstück und Restaurant glutenfreie Lebensmittel hat und dies bejaht wurde, war dies am Frühstückbuffet nicht der Fall und im Restaurant musste man es erklären.Die verschiedenen Allergene waren angegeben aber es gab keine Alternative.
