"The staff is incredible. I have been to many hotels in Oslo, all good experiences, yet here the staff really makes the difference. The SPA & pool area are also great and the view on the restaurant and bar on the 13th floor are unique. "

"Over was a good location, we were housed across the street and there was very heavy rain. Flooding made it difficult to cross without getting wet and dirty. Maybe take a look into way to fix drainage and mud problems. "

"No cattle, no phone, no basket in the toilet. When I get out or in the room I have to lock it by card otherwise it’s fully open (so strange style). Additionally Air condition is not functioning well."

"This was an odd property, more like a hostile or a room rental in a person's home than a hotel, but it served my needs, it was clean, safe, and was conveniently located for being far from Oslo (only a 10 minute direct train to downtown). My only issue was that I didn't receive any the check-in instructions with the key box code prior to my arrival; the issue was addressed quickly, but I had to make an international call (since I live in the US) to resolve it. I would consider staying here again."
