Staff was very helpful and nice but this shouldn't be a 8+ rated hotel, 6 at best! The ceiling texture had fallen in the floor from water damage and 1 of the entry lights was out. The room also smelled musty.

My husband previously stayed at this hotel for work and had no issues. However, during this stay we arrived to the room, a “king suite,” and as soon as we opened the door there was an overwhelming mildew/musty smell. When we walked in it was evident why. I don’t know how recently, but there has definitely been water damage in this room. The popcorn ceiling was peeled off in multiple places. To the point I sat down on the sofa and realized parts were coming down on my head. The water damage is in every room. The shower did not drain so while we showered the dirty water collected up to our ankles. We flushed the toilet and water came from the toilet the color of urine. There’s a big questionable red stain on the floor beside the bed. The toilet seat needs to be replaced. I’m surprised they are allowing guests to stay in this room and charging full price for it honestly. The carpets especially in the hallway and stairs were visibly dirty. The pro was the bed was comfortable and the sheets seemed clean. The staff was courteous. Breakfast was well stocked. Perhaps it is only this room, 220. But if you get this room, you will be disappointed.

The breakfast was very good. I booked 3 rooms for family traveling and 1 room the a/c didn’t work and they would not move us to a different room and they we would have to get with Expedia and they did not have any fans! Our rooms were falling apart paint, carpet, toilets were wobbly. We did not feel safe in the area. I read all the reviews, but it wasn’t as people said. Waste of money for sure!!!

Nice room, clean and tidy. We teaveled with actruck and small trailer, the parking lot was able to fit us. But only because we were early. There are only one or 2 spots for a trailer, so plan accordingly.

We arrived super late as we were traveling from Texas. There was no parking left due to work trucks with trailers taking up 2-3 spaces. The elevator took forever to close and go up or down, often times the door would not close properly. Our key wasn’t working so we went to the front desk (2 times) and finally he came up to see for himself. It didn’t work, his master key didn’t work. He knocked on the door and a dude comes out! Someone was in our room- error by earlier staff and room assignments. We got the room next door, but it was not the same description that was booked. The positive feedback is that the staff were friendly.
