"Breakfast was okay. Lunch service was closed and the dinner options not great. Property is next to zero places to eat or grab snacks and has no vending machines. Area around the hotel is very run down and felt unsafe. What really ruined our stay was the school group staying on property that ran the halls and yelled until 2am. We complained to the front desk on the first night but it continued for night 2 and 3. "

"Very convenient to the Naples train station. We only needed one night before heading out on our flight back to USA from Naples Airport. The hotel was clean and room was comfortable. A great hotel if you are needing to use the trains or busses frequently. Alibus to the airport is around the corner so that was a convenient option instead of taking a cab."

"This was rated as a 4 star hotel... should be a 2 star. Elevators were dirty, furniture in lobby is old and worn and needs to be replaced. Breakfast area was very stark and overcrowded, hot items on the included breakfast buffet, (i.e. eggs, bacon, potatoes, etc.) were ice cold. Cappucino was luke warm. This was the conditon for eacjh of the 3 mornings we attempted to eat at the hotel. We ended up just skipping breakfast. In the rooms there were no drinking classes (paper cups only) and no ice buckets provided. Our travelling companions room had issues throughout their stay with air-conditioner not working. And finally upon arrival we were told that the following day water throughout the entire hotel would be turned off between 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. We were able to work arround this incovenience, but for the large group of tourists that arrived the following day, it was a shock. For what we paid and what we received this was a really bad exprience."

"The Hotel was a very well maintained and very clean hotel. If you are looking for a newer more updated Hotel in Naples, This is your place. The staff was great at check in and they even gave us complimentary drink vouchers for their bar and eatery onsite. I would definitely recommend this Hotel to everyone, the location was also great. Right in the middle of everything. next to the train station and walking distance to the Centro historical of Napoli. Very pleased! Will be back hopefully very soon!"

"It’s like a Fairfield Inn, except you get no free water bottles at check-in. Room was clean, and the staff was helpful. Having a car is essential if you plan on staying here as there’s not much to do in the immediate area."

"The staff were very helpful as we checked in after the kitchen closed and the staff offered to provide us with an alternative cold sandwich’s, even though not ideal they still tended to our request without delay. The service was very much appreciated, thanks."
